  1. Contact Purdys Fundraising Support Team to launch your fundraising campaign. We'll send you brochures and order forms for your group, and provide you with administrative support you'll need throughout your campaign to help you reach your goal.
  2. Orders can easily be placed online and paid by credit cards through our website Or if you prefer, you can mail or fax in your completed order(s) along with a single payment.
  3. Your product will then be delivered directly to your organization's address on the date you select for easy distribution to your customers.

With orders of $5000 (retail before taxes) you can qualify for a 2.5% rebate. With orders of $10,000 (retail before taxes) you can qualify for a 5% rebate.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by cheque, Visa, MasterCard and money order.

As your order will not be processed until payment is received, please submit payment at least 5 business days prior to your delivery date. Please verify all orders upon receipt of the order confirmation form to ensure accurate delivery. If payment is by cheque, please make a SINGLE cheque payable to Purdys Chocolatier and allow 8 business days for processing.

Delivery and Shipping Charges

Deliveries are made during business hours until 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We will do our best to have school deliveries before 3:00 pm. As we take pride in the quality of our products, someone must be present to accept the orders to ensure proper handling and storing.

Shipping to most of BC & AB is free. A 2% shipping charge applies to orders delivered to Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes. Within British Columbia, a 4% shipping charge applies to postal codes starting with V0T and V0L. A 4% shipping charge applies to the Yukon and Northwest Territories. A 10% shipping charge applies to Nunavut.

Important Order Information

Canadian orders only. This direct-to-customer discount program offer is not available through Purdys Chocolatier retail stores. All orders will be consolidated and shipped in a single shipment, to be separated into individual orders within your group. We recommend storing chocolate at a temperature range between 15ºC – 20ºC.

Every season at Purdys brings a new way to fundraise - Chocolate Hearts for Valentine's Day, Bunnies for Easter, Pumpkins for Fall and Halloween and Santa for Christmas. Lollipops can be purchased by case for $1.19 per lolly (applicable tax not included) and sold for a suggested price between $2.00 - $3.00 - or set your own pricing to maximize your profits!
