Pecan Chocolate Dipped Strawberries


3 - 50g Purdy’s Classic Milk or Dark Chocolate Bars- grated
1 tbsp butter - melted
1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecan pieces
25 large fresh strawberries

Wash and dry berries. 
Melt chocolate in a double boiler. 
Stir in butter. 
Dip strawberries in chocolate and then into the crushed nuts. 
Place on a sheet of wax paper and allow to harden.  Move onto platter to serve.

Do not refrigerate.
