Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients:
7 - 8 Purdy’s 50g Dark Chocolate Bars, broken into chunks
5 ounces evaporated milk
1/4 cup Kirsch, rum or 1/2 tsp flavoring
In heavy saucepan, combine chocolate pieces and evaporated milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Kirsch, Rum or flavouring to taste.
Serve warm in fondue pot, surrounded by fruit for dipping. Serves 6 - 8 people.

Apple Slices, Orange Sections, Seedless Grapes, Pineapple Chunks, Strawberries, Bananas, Honeydew, Cantaloupe, Marshmallows, Pound Cake.
