Crystallized Ginger
I have for many years been,and still am, a huge Purdy's Chocolate Covered Ginger fan because the ginger is unique,flavourful and never woody. What more can I say other than the Crystallized Ginger is also simply outstanding on it's own. Not only do I endulge and enjoy it as is, I also chop and add it to my sweet potato soup, biscuits, ginger cookies and other recipes. |
