The Group Purchase Program is the perfect solution for you and your chocolate-loving co-workers, friends and family who want fantastic chocolate at great value. With this quantity purchase program you can save 25% off the retail price of Purdys quality chocolates and nuts when shopping from our Christmas brochure. To participate in the Christmas program, the required minimum order is $525 after discount (equals $700 retail) before shipping and taxes. Need more chocolate during the rest of the year? Take advantage of our corporate discount and volume purchase program and save 10%-20% on your order when you meet a minimum purchase requirement. But that shouldn't be very hard... after all, everyone loves chocolate!
How the Process Works
- Designate a Group Purchase Program Coordinator in your group. The Coordinator will be responsible for ordering brochures, collecting and dispersing orders, and submitting one payment for the entire group. Or make it easier! Use the online 'Easy Ordering' feature and no collecting paperwork from your group! They simply register with your group, enter and pay for their own orders.
- Contact Purdys Group Purchase Support Team at 604-301-4495 or 1-800-661-2378, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how many brochures you require for your group. Distribute a Purdys Group Purchase brochure to each member and let everyone know the deadline for order placement.
- Collect the orders from all group members and submit each order form by fax, email or online through our new Group Members Site, where each member can place their own order and pay with their own credit card. Ordering online means you don't need to collect paper order forms!
- When the order arrives, the Coordinator disperses the chocolates to the group.

The more you buy, the more you save. Orders of $5,000 (retail before taxes) qualify for a 2.5% rebate. Orders of $10,000 (retail before taxes) qualify for a 5% rebate.

As your order will not be processed until payment is received, please submit payment at least five business days prior to your delivery date. Please verify all orders upon receipt with the order confirmation form to ensure accurate delivery. If payment is by cheque, please make a SINGLE cheque payable to Purdys Chocolatier and allow 8 business days for processing.
Delivery and Shipping Charges
Deliveries are made during business hours, until 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We will do our best to have school deliveries before 3:00 pm. As we take pride in the quality of our products, someone must be present to accept the orders to ensure proper handling and storing.
Shipping in most places of BC & AB is free. A 2% shipping charge applies to orders delivered to Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes. Within British Columbia, a 4% shipping charge applies to postal codes that start with V0T and V0L. A 4% shipping charge applies to the Yukon and Northwest Territories. A 10% shipping charge applies to Nunavut.

Important Order Information
Canadian orders only. This direct-to-customer discount program offer is not available through Purdys Chocolatier retail stores. All orders will be consolidated and shipped in a single shipment, to be separated into individual orders within your group. We recommend storing chocolate at a temperature range between 15ºC – 20ºC.
