If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Purdy's purchases, please call 1-888-478-7397 or email sales@purdys.com within 15 days of delivery and we will promptly replace your order to your satisfaction. Shipping Delivery TimesWe will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on or just before the requested delivery date. Orders received after 5:00 pm (PST) will be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, Christmas and Easter). The delivery date will depend on the shipping method chosen. Please note that U.S.-destined orders may not be shipped immediately, so we kindly ask you to be guided by our U.S. delivery standards. All orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia. In order to preserve the quality of your order, chocolates will be shipped Express if placed between May 15 and October 1 or if daytime temperatures exceed 75°F (23°C). Greater Vancouver Area uses Standard rates year round. The standards below exclude remote access areas.
