We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to lead our team at Park Place Shopping Centre in Lethbridge, AB.

The Shop Manager is responsible for achieving overall profitability, maintaining efficient shop operations, and providing effective leadership and management to the retail staff. This position serves as a liaison between the shop and the Purdy's Support Office and positively supports its policies, programs and initiatives. Your success in this role will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.

Applicants must:
• Have flexibility to work all mall hours
• Have availability to work a full time schedule, 40 hours per week
• Have a minimum of 2 years progressive management experience in retail/hospitality
