Purdy’s Chocolates is looking for a proven Assistant Shop Manager to assist with leading our team at Oshawa Centre in Oshawa, ON!

The Assistant Shop Manager is responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in achieving overall profitability, smooth operation of the shop as well as providing leadership and effective management to the retail staff.

This position is an excellent opportunity to build on your career in retail while selling our award winning chocolate products and premium ice cream.  Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is:

Successful candidates should have:
• At least 2 years management/supervisory experience in a fast- paced retail/hospitality  environment
• Full time availability with flexibility to work all mall hours
