CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Every received electronic mail (e-mail) address is equivalent to one (1) entry in the "Sweet Temptations Contest". Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary.
  2. Entries are to be submitted via online ballot at purdys.com or lasenza.com
  3. Contest is open to Canadian residents only.
  4. Contest closes February 13, 2008 at midnight eastern standard time.
  5. The winner will be selected on February 14, 2008 at noon eastern standard time at the La Senza Head Office at 1608 St Regis Blvd, Dorval Quebec, Canada, H9P 1H6.
  6. The "Sweet Temptations Contest" is open to all individuals who submit an online ballot by February 13, 2008 by midnight eastern standard time.
  7. Prize winner will be notified by e-mail on February 18, 2008. The name of the winners will not be published on the La Senza website (www.lasenza.com) or the Purdy's website (www.purdys.com). Please refer to the La Senza Lingerie Privacy Policy.
  8. There will be five (5) prize packages awarded. A prize package includes a $100 online shopping spree from lasenza.com and $100 online shopping spree from Purdys.com.
  9. The value of the "Sweet Temptations Contest" prize package is based on the regular retail value, as provided by La Senza Inc and Purdy's.
  10. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash.
  11. Should a winner be under the age of 18, he/she will have to obtain written authorization from his/her parent(s) or a legal guardian in order to receive his/her prize.
  12. The winner of the "Sweet Temptations Contest" must claim the prize by March 3, 2008. If not, another winner will be selected.
  13. Employees of La Senza and Purdy's Chocolates and associated divisions under the La Senza Inc. (and persons with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to participate.
  14. All entries are the property of La Senza Inc. and Purdy's Chocolates ltd. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, misdirected or delayed.
  15. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and decision of the independent contest organization with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received by the contest closing.
  16. Any litigation respecting the conduct and awarding of a prize in this publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
