	All cherries are hand inspected under strong light for quality control.
	After first enrobing in chocolate, cherries are hand placed and inspected for second enrobing.
	Then flowing through bottomer for extra chocolate to contain liquid center cherry juices.
	Each cherry is hand marked before cooling and being ready to eat.
