Ever wonder what goes on inside a chocolate factory?  Every year Purdy’s opens its doors to welcome thousands of chocolate enthusiasts on a behind the scenes tour of the magic of chocolate making.   Visitors experience the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of a real working chocolate factory.  Witness the fascinating art of chocolates being made from secret family recipes, with live demonstrations of chocolate moulding, enrobing and Easter eggs skillfully hand painted. 

Some very special Purdy’s friends are also on hand, much to the delight of the young and the young at heart!  Meet our mascot Philbert the giant Hedgehog, Willy Wonka, and of course, the Easter Bunny, just to name a few.  While you’re waiting, check out the other activities such as outdoor face-painting and contests for some great prizes.  Don’t forget to bring your Purdy’s Passport to get stamped!
