Purdys' Dark Chocolate Mint Martini

Yield - 2 Martinis

Ingredients:

For the chocolate base

For the white chocolate syrup

For the simple syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Drizzle frozen glass with white chocolate syrup.
  2. Melt chocolate and simple syrup in microwave, mix to ensure all chcolate is completely melted.
  3. Pour chocolate and simple syrup combination into martini shaker and add cream, vodka and Peppermint Schnapps.
  4. Add ice cubes and shake until cold.
  5. Strain chocolate drizzled glass.
  6. Add 1 Purdys' Layer Mint as garnish.

For the simple syrup

  1. Combine ingerdients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Let cool.
