Purdys' Milk Chocolate Coconut Rum Martin

Yield - 2 Martinis

Ingredients:

For the chocolate base

For the milk chocolate syrup

For the simple syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Dip the edge of the chilled glass in milk chocolate syrup and dip edge into shredded coconut.
  2. Melt chocolate and simple syrup in microwave.
  3. Mix to ensure all chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Pour chocolate and simple syrup combination into martini shaker and add crea, vodka and Malibu Rum.
  5. Add ice cubes and shake until cold.
  6. Strain into chilled martini glass.

For the simple syrup

  1. Combine ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Let cool.
