- 1/2 cup 18% cream or half and half
- 2 50g Purdys' Classic Milk Chocolate Bars
- 2oz Malibu Rum
- 1oz vodka
- Melt milk chocolate and pour into bowl slightly wider than your martini glass.
- Dip chilled martini glass into bowl to rim the edge with milk chocolate.
- In cocktail shaker, combine cream, rum, vodka and remaining melted chocolate. Shake vigorously for 1 minute to combine.
- Add 2-3 ice cubes and shake again until cold.
- Strain into rimmed martini glasses.
