Charcuterie boards—food displays overflowing with fruits, cheeses and chocolates—may look intimidating to put together but actually, they're not!
The trick is to choose an assortment of colourful fruits: kiwis, berries, oranges and both hard and soft cheeses to pair with your chocolates.
Pair harder cheeses with dark chocolate and soft cheeses with milk or white chocolate.
The chocolates can vary but we recommend:
- Dark Chocolate Mandarin Truffles
- Ice Wine Truffles
- Ruby Chocolate Bar
- Saskatoon Berry Chocolate Truffles
- Ruby Praline
If you're having a smaller party, you can use one large round charcuterie board.
For larger parties, combine 2-3 charcuterie boards to help your guests 'go with the flow' and create visual interest by using overturned mixing or serving bowls to prop up your charcuterie boards at different angles.
