No-bake Vegan Brownies

Brownies

  • 2.5 cups (425 g) pitted dates, loosely packed
  • Vegan Dark Chocolate Bars, melted
  • 1.5 cup (190 g) almond flour
  • 1/2 cup (35 g) cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)

Glaze

  1. Place all brownie ingredients into a food processor and blend until you have a smooth, thick dough.
  2. Line a 9x9in pan with parchment paper.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the pan.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. To make the glaze, stir the melted chocolate and coconut oil together.
  6. Pour the glaze onto the brownies once they’re ready.
  7. Garnish with dried fruits and nuts.
