Don’t see your favourite on the list?

We’re still here for you to help take your order over the phone for a prepaid pick-up. You can pick up an order from our Factory Shop.

How to order:

  1. Call 1.888.478.7397 ext. 4 with the following information for your chocolate order:
    1. First and last name
    2. Billing address
    3. Phone number
    4. List of products and SKUs – For example, “English Toffee 88519”. This can be found right under the product name on our website.

    Please note, our Call Center is open and ready to help you on weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm PST. You may experience wait times as we try our best to help everyone, with reduced staffing.

  2. A Purdys Customer Service Representative will help confirm and process your order over the phone. They will also let you know when your order will be ready for pick up.
  3. Your chocolates will be ready for you to pick up at our Factory Shop 2 - 4 business days after you place your order.

When your order’s ready:

  1. You can pick up your order from Tuesday to Friday between 10 am - 2 pm.
  2. Please help us maintain social distancing by lining up in front of the Factory Shop door on the indicated marks.
  3. Once you’re at the shop door, please show us your order confirmation email – this can be printed or displayed on your phone.
  4. We’ll place your pre-packed chocolate order outside the door. Please pick up your order once the door is closed again to help maintain social distancing.

Q: Which locations is your Curbside service available at?

A: Curbside Service is currently only available in BC at the following locations:

You can select to pick up a prepaid Curbside pick up order from our Factory Shop.

Q: What types of payment are you accepting for Curbside Purchases?

A: We accept debit and credit at our Curbside locations. Kindly note, we aren’t accepting cash or gift cards to reduce interaction.

Q: Can I change an online order I already made to Curbside Pick Up?

A: We’re currently experiencing a high volume of orders and our team is working hard to pack your orders safely. Because of this, we’re unable to change any orders that are already placed to a Curbside Pick Up.

Q: Can I add to my Curbside Pick Up order when I go to pick it up?

A: Yes. We now offer a selection of our bestsellers at both our Curbside locations. You’ll be able to add these chocolates to your curbside pick up order.

Q: Is there a minimum order value for Curbside Pick Up?

A: No, there’s no minimum order required for Curbside Pick Up.

Q: Can I pick up my Curbside Pick Up order on the same day that I place my order?

A: Due to the volume of orders we receive, we require at least 2 - 4 business days to prepare your order for pick up. If you need your chocolates sooner, we have a selection of bestsellers available for Curbside Purchase.

Q: What time can I pick up my Curbside Pick Up order?

A: You can pick up your order anytime between 10 am - 2 pm from Tuesday to Friday on the day that your order will be ready for pick up. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm when your order will be ready for pick up.

Q: What do I need to bring with me for a Curbside Pick Up order?

A: Please have your order confirmation email ready – this can be printed or displayed on your phone.

Q: What if I miss the pick up day, can I go the next day?

A: We’ll hold onto your order for 5 business days. We’ll contact you if you don’t pick up your order after 5 business days.

Q: What if there is an error in my Curbside Pick Up order?

A: Please call us at 1.888.478.7397 ext. 4 and have your order confirmation number ready. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order at the pick up location.
