Bloody Rosemary Cocktail
  • 25 g (half a bar) Purdys Classic Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz.) tomato juice
  • 3 tbsp (1 1/2 oz.) rosemary vodka (PRO TIP: make your own by steeping several sprigs of rosemary in vodka for a couple of weeks. As an alternative, use plain vodka and 1/4 tsp ground rosemary)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp freshly grated horseradish
  • 3 dashes of hot pepper sauce, such as TABASCO®
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  1. In heatproof bowl, melt chocolate in microwave in 10 second bursts, stirring between each, until chocolate is completely melted.
  2. Blend chocolate and the rest of the ingredients together.
  3. Pour over ice and garnish with sprig of fresh rosemary.
