- 25 g (half a bar) Purdys Classic Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup (2 oz.) tomato juice
- 3 tbsp (1 1/2 oz.) rosemary vodka (PRO TIP: make your own by steeping several sprigs of rosemary in vodka for a couple of weeks. As an alternative, use plain vodka and 1/4 tsp ground rosemary)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp freshly grated horseradish
- 3 dashes of hot pepper sauce, such as TABASCO®
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- In heatproof bowl, melt chocolate in microwave in 10 second bursts, stirring between each, until chocolate is completely melted.
- Blend chocolate and the rest of the ingredients together.
- Pour over ice and garnish with sprig of fresh rosemary.
