Caramelized White Chocolate Apple Pops

Caramelized White Chocolate Apple Pops
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 160 g Caramelized White Chocolate Bars
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Toppings of your choice, like chopped nuts, coconut, peanut butter chips, cookie crumbs
  1. Remove apple cores.
  2. Slice apples into 1/4 inch thick "doughnut" shapes.
  3. Insert popsicle stick into side to create lollipops.
  4. Chop Caramelized White Chocolate bars into pieces, then microwave on medium for 30 seconds at a time.
  5. Stir and repeat until chocolate is just barely melted. Stir in coconut oil.
  6. Dip lollipops into melted chocolate and add toppings.
  7. Refrigerate for 15 mins then enjoy!
