Caramelized White Chocolate Apple Pops

- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 160 g Caramelized White Chocolate Bars
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Popsicle sticks
- Toppings of your choice, like chopped nuts, coconut, peanut butter chips, cookie crumbs
- Remove apple cores.
- Slice apples into 1/4 inch thick "doughnut" shapes.
- Insert popsicle stick into side to create lollipops.
- Chop Caramelized White Chocolate bars into pieces, then microwave on medium for 30 seconds at a time.
- Stir and repeat until chocolate is just barely melted. Stir in coconut oil.
- Dip lollipops into melted chocolate and add toppings.
- Refrigerate for 15 mins then enjoy!
