Mini Sweet Georgia Browns Croissants

Yield - 8 croissants

  1. Unroll pre-cut crescent pastry dough.
  2. Separate into 8 triangles.
  3. Place a single Mini Sweet Georgia Brown at the base of a pastry triangle and roll to form a croissant. Tip: You don’t need to pinch the ends.
  4. Beat egg and add water to create egg wash.
  5. Brush croissants with egg wash and bake at 350°F for 12-15 mins or until golden brown.
