Pumpkin Truffle Latte

In This Recipe:

Yield - 1 Latte


  • 2 shots of espresso (can use instant espresso powder)
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 2 Pumpkin Truffles, quartered
  • Dash of cinnamon to sprinkle on top


  1. Pour espresso into serving mug.
  2. In a microwavable cup, add milk and quartered Pumpkin Truffle pieces.
  3. Heat on high for 30 seconds, stir, then heat again for 30 more seconds.
  4. Whip in blender using flat blades for 30 seconds or whip using a mini-whisk to create foam.
  5. If using blender, remove lid and let stand for 1 minute.
  6. Stir to combine foam.
  7. Pour milk mixture into coffee.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy!
