Yield - 6 popsicles
Popsicles
- 1 250g package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 Sweet Georgia Browns, chopped fine (baker’s choice of milk or dark)
Chocolate Drizzle (optional)
- 2 Classic Dark Chocolate Bars, chopped
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Popsicles
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, and then cream in the powdered sugar.
- Add in the milk, vanilla and lemon juice.
- Fold in the chopped Sweet Georgia Browns.
- Pour into your popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
- Unmold the popsicles and place back in the freezer until ready to serve.
Chocolate Drizzle (optional)
- In a medium bowl, add the chopped chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave on LOW until almost melted, and then stir until smooth.
- Dip the popsicles in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Serve immediately, or place them back in the freezer for the chocolate to harden.
