Sweet Georgia Brown Cheesecake Popsicles

Yield - 6 popsicles

Popsicles

  • 1 250g package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Sweet Georgia Browns, chopped fine (baker’s choice of milk or dark)

Chocolate Drizzle (optional)

Popsicles

  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, and then cream in the powdered sugar.
  • Add in the milk, vanilla and lemon juice.
  • Fold in the chopped Sweet Georgia Browns.
  • Pour into your popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
  • Unmold the popsicles and place back in the freezer until ready to serve.

Chocolate Drizzle (optional)

  • In a medium bowl, add the chopped chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave on LOW until almost melted, and then stir until smooth.
  • Dip the popsicles in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Serve immediately, or place them back in the freezer for the chocolate to harden.
