Purdys is committed to getting your packages delivered despite the recent Canada Post labour disruption. Wherever possible Purdys orders across Canada are delivered by fast, reliable, secure courier companies, and we are continuing to do everything we can to ensure your packages arrive at their destination for the holidays.
To ensure your orders get delivered before December 24th, please order as early as possible! We also encourage you to purchase in shop if you are able to.
- If your number begins with '430', your shipment has been sent via ATS. Track your package here.

Q: I placed my order on purdys.com, when should I expect it? How do I know where it is?
We’re working hard to ensure that your packages arrive for the holidays. The tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email usually provides the most accurate information available regarding expected delivery date. However in some cases, as we are using alternative carriers, you may not be able to track your packages through your shipping email.
Q: I have an order needed to be delivered on a specific day, date or week, is this possible?
Currently, we’re not able to guarantee delivery date, given the impact of the Canada Post strike on all Canadian postal carriers. We recommend that you place your orders as early as possible or make your purchase from your nearest Purdys shop.
Q: Does this impact Express / Priority shipping?
Unfortunately, yes. All shipping methods within Canada are affected.
Q: Will there be increased shipping costs?
No – delivery costs will remain the same during this time.
Q: Can I order online and pick-up in store?
Not at this time. Please call your local shop directly if you would like to order and pick-up from that location.
We guarantee the quality of our products and take great care to ensure your gifts arrive in perfect condition (as if you'd delivered them yourself).
If your order is incorrect or damaged in any way, please call 1.888.478.7397 ext 4 or email email@example.com within 15 days of delivery and we will promptly send a replacement. We do not accept returns.
Shipping within Canada
Shipping is calculated per delivery (shipment to a single address). For orders with multiple deliveries, shipping is calculated for each delivery depending on the destination. Applicable taxes are applied at checkout. Taxes are calculated according to the destination (i.e. the province or territory where you are sending your gifts).

FREE Shipping on Deliveries $79 and Up Merchandise total must be $79 or more per individual address, after discounts and before taxes. Offer limited to online and phone orders through 1.888.478.7397 ext 4 shipped Standard within Canada. Purchase amounts under $79 sent via Standard within Canada are $10.
Shipping to the USA
Orders sent to the USA are shipped by Fedex Standard. We cannot ship to PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is calculated per delivery (shipment to a single address). For orders with multiple deliveries, shipping is calculated for each delivery depending on the destination.

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
Purdys Chocolatier is unable to provide estimates for customs fees. Check with your local customs office for more information.
