Nowruz is the Persian New Year, it is also known as Nauryz, Navruzor Nowrouz, and means “newday”. The holiday marks the first day of spring and is a celebration of new beginnings, wishing prosperity and welcoming the future.
Nowruz traditions feature seven symbolic items placed on a special cloth called a “Sofreh”. The seven items include wheat grass, dried fruit, garlic, apples and vinegar, each item is a symbol of spring and renewal.

Dulce de leche (caramelized milk) in a milk chocolate shell, topped with white chocolate and pecans.
Coffee Crunch - Dark
Classic Mayan with bits of toffee and a dash of coffee, enrobed in a dark chocolate shell.
Himalayan Caramel - Dark
Buttery caramel with a satisfying chew, enrobed in milk or dark chocolate and topped with pink salt.
Pecan Caramel
Crunchy pecans and chewy, buttery caramel, partially enrobed in creamy milk chocolate.
