- Brie cheese wheel
- 4 - 5 Himalayan Pink Salt Caramels
- Nuts (optional)
- Crackers or crostini
- Slice brie cheese wheel in half horizontally to create equal top and bottom pieces.
- Set aside top piece of brie. Place bottom layer in brie baker.
- Chop Himalayan Pink Salt Caramels into quarters and press into bottom brie layer. Cover with top layer.
- Top brie with your choice of nuts.
- Put brie baker lid on and bake at 350°F for 15 mins.
- Serve with crackers or crostini.
