Dark Chocolate Maraschino Cherry Martini

Yield - 2 Servings

For Chocolate Base:

For Simple Syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water

For Chocolate Base:

  1. Melt chocolate and simple syrup in microwave.
  2. Mix to ensure all chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Pour chocolate and simple syrup combination into martini shaker and add cream, vodka and Bols Cherry Liqueur.
  4. Add ice cubes and shake until cold.
  5. Strain into chilled martini glass.
  6. Add swirl of Grenadine and garnish with maraschino cherries and Purdys' Classic White Chocolate Bar shavings.

For Simple Syrup:

  1. Combine ingerdients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Let cool.
