Yield - 8 croissants
- 1 tube crescent pastry dough
- 8 Mini Sweet Georgia Browns
- 1 egg & 1 tbsp water
- Unroll pre-cut crescent pastry dough.
- Separate into 8 triangles.
- Place a single Mini Sweet Georgia Brown at the base of a pastry triangle and roll to form a croissant. Tip: You don’t need to pinch the ends.
- Beat egg and add water to create egg wash.
- Brush croissants with egg wash and bake at 350°F for 12-15 mins or until golden brown.
