Invented by Chocolatier Rachel McKinley, this cocktail pairs really well with our Cordial Cherry or Cherry Caramel.
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz maraschino liqueur
- 0.5 oz green chartreuse
- 1 bar spoon (5 ml) maraschino cherry juice
- Shake over ice, then strain into cocktail glass.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with lemon slice and maraschino cherry.
