Brownies
- 2.5 cups (425 g) pitted dates, loosely packed
- 2 Vegan Dark Chocolate Bars, melted
- 1.5 cup (190 g) almond flour
- 1/2 cup (35 g) cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)
Glaze
- 1 Vegan Dark Chocolate Bar, melted
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- Place all brownie ingredients into a food processor and blend until you have a smooth, thick dough.
- Line a 9x9in pan with parchment paper.
- Press the dough evenly into the pan.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- To make the glaze, stir the melted chocolate and coconut oil together.
- Pour the glaze onto the brownies once they’re ready.
- Garnish with dried fruits and nuts.
